We work for extended hours 5 days a week and available
after hours and weekends for emergencies. In house ticketing allows us to serve
you much better than others, especially after hours. Our consultants are more
knowledgeable than of many big budget corporate agencies due to their air fare
specialization thanks to our wholesale experience. We do not outsource this
service due to which often your travel manager or consultant could be available
for a quick question or urgent small tasks even after hours. Our emergency
ticketing office is then contacted to do any emergency exchanges or space
cancellation to avoid no shows. Our phone services are available on most
Saturdays for urgent bookings and on Sundays and holidays for emergency
assistance.
We are better than just 24/7 access offered by most others since we not only
allow the access but are also able to do many more things after hours as well.
